Sweet & Fresh Floral Design @ MPLS LAB
If you love flowers and enjoy color, texture and beauty - this is the workshop for you!
For each class, Rachel will bring an abundant selection of fresh cut stems from her flower farm for you to play with and take home in your own floral masterpiece.
All supplies are included, along with a detailed demonstration on how to create a lush and abundant arrangement by integrating a variety of greens and blooms, including captivating dahlias, majestic foxgloves, fragrant sweet peas, delicate pincushions, chocolate cosmos, sweet blooming vines, and more.
Come sink into the joy of arranging fresh cut local flowers into a garden-like vision you will enjoy at home for days and days.
Rachel will introduce the current trend in floral design - creating a garden-like arrangement with lots of texture and variety.
You will learn how to cut and condition stems to sustain freshness, how to choose a tasteful palette, and how to incorporate a variety of flowers and fillers to create a garden-like arrangement.
All supplies are provided, including floral clippers, a glass vessel, and a recipe card to use for future arrangements.
Classes run from 7:00 - 9:00 pm and are held on September 5th, September 19th, and October 3rd.
Classes meet at the MPLS LAB (1629 Hennepin Ave, Suite 300A, Minneapolis, MN).
Fees & Registration
The cost of this 2-hour class is $125.
All flowers and supplies are provided, including floral clippers, a clear vase, treated water, floral tape, and a recipe card for future arrangements.
